Saturday workday

For this last week to be a short week it seemed so long and BUSY. I know I said I would post it just didnt happen. So today I work, work on posting some art, posting my SBS links in my side bar and paying them a visit, cleaning up this studio and attempting to create!

I created a new banner tell me what you think of it. Is it to busy? too hard to read? I visioned it looking a little different, I wanted to use fun paper but maybe its to busy. Give me your input and I will sit with it this way for about a week and if I dont like it away it goes.

I wanted to tell you that Close to my Hearts new fall/winter idea book is here and its FABULOUS!! Check it out on my website

Also its National Stamping month and Close to my Heart is giving away a grand prize of over $1000.00 worth of goodies. Enter for your chance to win on my website Dont forget to check the calendar everyday for new tips and techniques.

Theres also a great special going on!!

My first creation was made for my standing stamp of the month swap, I like it.

Hi.. Sorry to hijack your post.. ;o)

Came across your comment in response to Dawn's post against word verification, and you said you didn't think you have it.. Hate to tell you this, but you do! Those ugly, twisted, mis-shapen blue letters are lurking there below this box that I am typing in.. waiting to pounce on me as soon as I finish typing!! Eek! ;o)

It's really simple to turn it off if you decide you want to.. Just go to 'Settings' and you can change it in there. Takes just a few seconds.

Don't forget to turn comment moderation ON, though!

And if you do it before Monday, let me know and I'll enter you in my blog candy draw HERE

Take care and God bless...

You have me JEALOUS!! The banner is awesome, just a little hard to read, maybe bigger letters or glitter them up, don't know. The recipe book is total cool. Keep creating!!! You know we need to meet sometime, since we live in the same area.

The letters are a bit hard too read because they blend in, but the colors and patterns are fabulous! I love these banners....and the vinette with the other papers and the back drop. Love it!!!!!!

Hi Jamia!!! Fab to meet you Sis23!!! I'm still getting around to meeting the rest of the Sisterhood!!! I am LOVING your blog - you do amazing stuff with colour and papers, and your recipe book here is positively fab!!! Drool!!! Something I read in your SBS23 bio made me laugh - about your first stamping catalogue being a PSX - it was exactly the same for me and I still have that catalogue here and I still drool over what I can't afford!!! LOL! Lovely to meet you! xx
