I used 3D dots to pop the shutters, the flowers and the single pot. You know I really like to pop things off my cards. I sewed on the two upper pieces of cardstock, thats a new FAV. It adds such a awesome effect to your cards!!
Now hop on over to Adeline for more artsy creations.

Hope your day was HAPPY
I am just tickled pink that I posted 27 stamp sets for sale on the CTMH boards Tuesday and today all of them sold. I had a great conversation with a new friend, a a fellow consultant in Louisiana. Received notification of a shipment for a group of new customers, the weather in So Cal is FABULOUS and my dinner smells SCRUMPTIOUS!!! So I would say I had a HAPPY DAY.
A couple of months ago I purchased a book on getting organized, I have not read past maybe the 12th page, well next week is spring break and I plan to dive into it and get ORGANIZED!!! The book gives you a week by week guide to simplify your space and your life. It even helps you organize priorities, finances, mail, crafts, photos, pantry, fridge, cupboards, family room. You get the gist of it, next week I work!!
Check out this oobberly happy card!!!
This card was created for my mini workshop. I stamped the bottom of the red, white and green cardstock with a border stamp and trimmed the excess cardstock off. I random stamped a large dot to create a polka dot background on the red. I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock and layered it on a piece of black cardstock, I then popped that off the card base. Lastly I added two buttons threaded with hemp. VIOLA, one happy card!!

I thought of you, really I did....
I thought of the ladies who follow my blog and how rotten it is not to post 3 days a week like I said I would. I know what a bummer it is when you visit a favorite blog and its not current, am I being a little vain by thinking Im a favorite spot to visit? I have just been busy with life stuff. Havent touched my stamp room for about a week, BUT did get in there and created 3 cards for a mini workshop this past Friday. Creating was refreshing, and invigorating. The cards were cute, simple and FUN. Got together with some friends I havent seen in quite some time, lots of laughs, catching up and just enjoying each others company. We all needed that get together.
I will definatley be in my room this week as I have several swaps to work on and prepare some art work to submit for a DT.
So on top of that I have taken off on a new business adventure, yep I plunged into Scentsy wickless candles. Its all the rage, the scents are amazing, the prices will knock your socks off. My house smells so good, even my car!! Check out my website 2ladies. 2ladies represents my aunt and I who joined as a team. While your over there checking things out sign up for my newsletter!!
I stamped the stems, flowers and petals on the white cardstock. I then stamped the flowers and petals on a seperate sheet of paper, cut them out and popped them up on the original stamped image. I added prisma glitter on the flowers and petals for some UUMMPPHH, boy did it work. One of the ladys added liquid glass to the flowers and petals then added glitter and boy was it a wowy. They looked like sparkly epoxy stickers. This card is so, so cheery.

Its a beautiful day....
dont let it get away. Shouldnt we see every day like this? I make a HUGE effort to be happy and joyous each day. Hey lifes to short to be grumpy and unhapppy. This card makes me happy, the colors, the elements and the butterfly. Who doesnt enjoy seeing a butterfly in action. Did you catch them when you were little? I did, catch and release of course. Butterflys are really incredible to watch and the colors WOW.
I created this card for my Humbled Artist Swap, oh how I enjoy this group. I have to confess that preparing to create a card for this swap stress's me a little. We have to create stunning over the top cards and every time I try to outdo myself. So since this takes me some time to design I better get started on Aprils card!
I stitched on the yellow polka dot paper, attached to my juniper base. I used my Coluzzle to cut out 2 circles 1 in chocolate polka dots (its the back side of the yellow polka dot paper) and the other in Vanilla Cream. I inked the edges of both circles, on the VC I stamped the butterfly and on a seperate piece of VC I stamped the butterfly again and this time cut it out and popped it off the paper. I intentionally bent the wings up as if the butterfly was taking flight. I stamped the sentiment on VC and layered it on a chocolate strip and lastly layered it on a piece of striped B/T. Final touches were using the hinge and the grogain juniper ribbon.
