A little sweet treat

Hello there fellow bloggers, thanks for stopping by always glad to have you.

I have finally made it to the garage for a workout with my personal trainer (the husband), I needed several breaks and became hungary in the middle of my workout:)BUT I finally made it out there. If we back up a couple of months I told The Husband that I wanted to tone the OLE BELLY and he said lets do it, well he started his workout and I never did. The Husband actually came in one day and said "I have been out there in the GYM for the last 3 days and you havent made it out there yet" HAHA. Well I made it and not so bad, no soreness and I wasnt completely wiped out. Hopefully I can continue.

I survived Six Flags, the weather was warm and the crowd was perfect. 9 out of 10 rides we were able to walk right up and get on, no crowded walkways, long lines or obnoxious people. I even rode a few roller coasters but I did some Auntie duties
( waiting out side with my sidekick).

Heres my sidekick, Johnny. Isnt he the cutest:) Why was he pouting I believe he wanted to go play games.

I used another of my Studio G dollar stamps from Michaels, take a lookey and I will catch you tomorrow. Yeah for Friday!!! I just previewed the post and boy are those pictures lousey. I will try to retake them and repost.

What a beautiful day

I hope your weather is gorgeous too:) I am actually going to get out and enjoy it all weekend long. I am going to a unique jewely party today, the Lady creates every piece herself and tomorrow I will visit Six Flags with my sister and her family. This gives me the oppurtunity to shoot some action photos for class, I think the roller coaster suits the bill.

I have added a subscription link to my blog for all who still stop by, that way you know when I have updated new stuff. I hope this one works well for everyone. I am considering FeedBlitz because they deliver you updates right to you email inbox. Still on the fence on that one.

I do have a little something to share today, I have finally used this stamp and I love it, I recently puchased some prismacolor pencils and boy are they fabulouse so so soft and I used blending stumps and baby oil to blend the colors. So easy and such awesome results. I followed this tutorial, you have to try it. Now at first I did not have Prismacolor pencils and used my EK Success pencils and it did work, but when I used my Prismacolor pencils boy what a difference. So much easier to blend because of the soft lead. Now the Prismacolor pencils are exspensive but I used my 50% coupon at Michaels and it helps ALOT. I think I can hold off on buying copics for awhile.

Happy Easter to you!!

What a beautiful day to remember what Jesus did for us all and that he is ALIVE. Our Easter play was amazing in church today, the lighting on stage with the colors of the shirts the choir wore were BEAUTIFUL, the music was phenomenal and went alog with the story, the best story ever told. I hope your skys are blue and sunny and just the right temp. Thats what it feels like here in Southern Cali. The ham in the oven sitting side by side with the candied yams smells so YUMMY. Off to my sisters to spend the afternoon with her family and introduce my fixings with hers and the day will be complete.

Okay I have mangaged to complete another challenge, Taylors cupcake challenge. Finally used one of my dollar cupcake stamps. Take a look and many Easter blessing to you!

I used this too cute polka dot paper called Glitter Dots by making memories, the dots are really glittery:)

I added glitter to the bigger brads to match the glitter dots on the paper. The flowers are hand dyed using CTMH reinkers. I used liquid applique to the cupcake to mimick the frosting swirlies.

Color challenge #49

Iam giving myself the bad blogger award again, why does life seem to get so busy this time of year? I have neglected my blog due to lack of time and energy, but Iam here now and I have managed a color challenge.

I heard today that my sweet friend Peggy is showing improvement just like I was expecting. Please continue to keep her in your prayers:)
